What is FWFF?
The Fine Wine & Food Festival is a star-studded, one-day event showcasing the talents of New York & New Jersey’s most renowned wine, brewery, and spirit producers. In addition, we have famous food vendors all throughout Long Island.
When’s the Fine Wine & Food Festival?
Our Long Island FWFF 2019 event will be held on January 19th 2019 in the Exhibition Hall at NYCB Live Presents: Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Two sessions will be from Noon-3:00pm & 4:30pm-7:30pm (VIP entry gates will open 30 minutes prior to General Admission)
What happens in the case of bad weather?
Our festival is indoors, and will happen rain or shine! All tickets are non-refundable.
Is there a dress code?
As a general guideline, “casual attire” is suggested, but more importantly just be prepared to have fun! We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes when attending our larger events!
What items are prohibited from the events?
Security will check all bags at the entrance of all events. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: outside food and beverages, drugs, weapons, backpacks, large bags and suitcases.

Should I bring my ID?
WE CHECK ID! If you purchased a Tasting ticket, please be prepared with your State Issued ID to prove you are of age to consume alcohol.
Is food included with the admission price?
Food is not included in admission tickets. Many of the gourmet specialty food vendors do offer small free samples of their products so you can taste before you buy. For meals, we have a fine selection of restaurants and food concessions.
Who are the VIP guest speakers?
Throughout the day we will have industry leaders share their insights, stories, and knowledge with 15-20 minute sessions in our VIP section. They will also be available for Meet & Greets in our main floor VIP section. This includes Long Island Sommelier Sean Gantner, Leslie Gilliams from Gordon Ramsay’s MasterChef, North Fork Winemaker John Cato, and American Red Cross CEO Neela Mukherjee. Live musical performances will feature New York’s own rising star Kayla Rae recently seen on NBC’s The Voice. Full program with scheduled times will be made available on/around January 13th.
Are pets allowed in the festival?
As per the Coliseum, there are no pets permitted on the festival site. Please be conscious of the weather as it will likely be too hot to safely leave pets in your vehicle. There will be no exceptions to the no pets rule.
